Hi! Textile artist & pattern maker Rebekah Joy here.

I began FLUX BENE in 2017 as a response to overproduction and human & environmental abuses by the global fast fashion clothing industry. I have been traveling to art markets and shipping my one-of-a-kind upcycled garments internationally since 2018. 

From the very beginning, my goal has been to offer patterns & guides to empower other kind & creative people to upcycle their own clothing. I am thrilled to finally be offering these patterns to you!! We have sewn each of these designs in our studio hundreds of times over the years. These patterns & methods are tried and true.

I hope that I can help more people to see their clothing (and all of the old clothing in their communities) as a resource that can remain valuable with a little bit of creativity and thoughtfulness.
